Refund policy

We want you to love your Niche Dubai fragrance. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns on unopened products

You may return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@nichedubai.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an unopened item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.

Sale items and gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. Discounted items follow the same return rules as full-price items.
