Shipping policy
Where we ship
All Niche Dubai orders ship from Orlando, Florida. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Carriers and shipping options
We ship with UPS or USPS, depending on your destination.
- Standard shipping — $8.00: typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Express shipping — $15.00: typically 1–3 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take a few extra days.
Fragrance shipping restrictions
Perfumes contain alcohol and are regulated by carriers as limited-quantity hazardous materials. In some cases, carriers may require ground transport, which can add time to delivery.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nichedubai.com or on WhatsApp with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos, and see our Refund Policy.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible — we can only update addresses before the order ships.
